When you open an operation, the document list now shows only the files that belong to that operation's active project. Attachments from inactive projects no longer appear, so you are not left second-guessing whether you are looking at the right set.
The field that records who added a document now reads Created By and shows the person's full name, rather than an account name. Who uploaded what is clear at a glance.
