Operators fill the inspection from the operation. It prints as a signed A4 record.
A customer's QA team asks for the inspection record on an operation completed three weeks ago. The report was filled on a template tied to that operation. It prints as a signed A4 PDF, with the values rendered, the approver's signature at the bottom and the order and item header up top. It goes out in two minutes.
Report turns paper inspection forms into structured records tied to the production order and operation. A manager builds a template once and links it to the work centres where it applies; an operator opens an operation, picks the template that surfaces there, fills it, and submits. The record carries the production order, operation, and work centre automatically. A report moves through pending, approved, and rejected, and is read-only once approved. Form values are append-only and each report stays locked to the template revision it was filled against, so an old report shows the form it was filled on. Approved reports print as a signed A4 document, the approver's signature pulled from their profile at print time.
An operator picks the template that surfaces on the operation. The customer auditing the shop receives a signed PDF with the values rendered and the signature intact. The QA lead opens last quarter's reports and reads them on the templates they were filled against. The conversation with the customer about a finished part ends the same hour it starts.
Describe what you need to show and it will tell you whether it comes out of the box.
Reports are created from operations; a template’s work centres decide where it shows.
Inspection reports and NCRs are the two halves of the quality record for a job.
The approver’s signature comes from their profile and renders into the printed report.
Book a meeting and we will look at how non-conformances are handled today, then show the 8D capture and the Root Cause dashboard that keep the same defect from coming back. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
