What is included

Every subscription starts with the same six modules: quality, production, items, documents, reporting, and the shared dashboard. They are the floor of the offering. The five optional modules add finance, planning, purchasing, messaging, and task workflows, priced per module and switched on when you subscribe to them.

Documents is part of the base and Messages is optional; both store files in your own Azure Blob Storage, which you provide and operate.

How a subscription runs

Every engagement starts with a four-week pilot on a copy of your production database. Two or three users run Visual Tracking on real work alongside their existing tools. The pilot is where setup decisions get tested, and the step most stalled adoptions skipped.

Monthly support hours are bundled into the subscription. They cover your team's questions, small reconfiguration, and reviews of how the rollout is going. Work that belongs to your Business Central implementation partner, such as custom posting logic or new Business Central tables, stays with them.

Modules roll out one at a time, following the six-phase sequence in the onboarding kit. Each added module, company, or site is scoped per engagement. Each Authorised User needs at least a Business Central Team Member licence under your own Microsoft entitlement.
